2019年通过Joanna Zhu着手制作网站lvylighting.com，合同金额10，000；上线后支付了预付款3，000；贵方说工厂资金困难19年年前支付；期间我司多次催收贵方并未支付任何尾款；期间我司更协助网站更新升级，SSL证书到期续签，SEO培训和服务器到期续费提醒；上线时间一年，现在联系人朱不回复微信和邮件，财务丁并不能给出具体支付日期。所以我司保留网站源代码的使用权和处置权，决定于2020年10月30日下午5:35分将网站所有内容全部清空，含备份文件。保留追究对网站代码一年使用权。
